What is the Solo Travel Masterclass course you may be asking? Have you ever wanted to travel alone but think it would be lonely? Have you ever wanted to just take a risk but can’t get out of your comfort zone? Do you feel happy most of the time but want to do something new?

Whatever the question, the Solo Travel Masterclass course could be the perfect solution. Not only does it teach you how to travel alone and LOVE it, it shows you how to feel good every day (even when you’re not traveling). Imagine, no matter where you are or what you are doing, being able to feel good?

And it works. I live it. Now you can too. Here’s how.

Where it all began

Back in 2005 when I was living in the UK, questions began to pop into my head. Why do I feel like a diluted version of myself? And why do I only feel good sometimes? What’s the reason I feel bored a lot? As time went on, and so to my increasing desire to take happiness to another level, I knew something had to change.

Growing up was always an adventure. Living in excitement and exhilaration was all I knew. In my working life, I’d always excelled in anything I put my mind to. And for a while, success gave me a lot of satisfaction and pride. But, like many things, once it becomes routine, boredom kicks in and the mind craves change.

I guess it’s like the mind crying out to say ‘stop this yawny life and get your ass on a flight to some adventure. You should be having fun and no, you cannot settle for less, it’s not even an option‘ kind of chat. Knowing I had to take a huge leap of faith, I eventually quit my job in a prestigious investment company and headed abroad. Intuitively, I just knew it would all work out.

I’m not here suggesting you do the same. For some people, that’s too big a jump. For others like me, I had absolutely nothing to lose, (and everything to gain). I had my Plan B and my Plan C. And that is vital and something I go into a lot of detail about in the Solo Travel Masterclass course

Once you have those 2 very important plans in place, all decisions are easy. They have been my calm on many occasions. Not only that, but once I understood mindset, I began to realize you cannot fail at anything in life, as long as you believe it. And if you do go off the path, it’s always means something better is on its way. We British simply never give up. lol.

Why Solo Travel Masterclass?

One of the reasons I created the Solo Travel Masterclass course in the first place was the recognition of how much solo travel had totally changed my life in the most positive of ways.

Proudly, I am now able to show people how to be happy under any condition (even if you can’t solo travel). Imagine the freedom you feel when you no longer need things like a relationship, house, job, etc to make you happy.

It has been a vehicle through which enormous satisfaction and eagerness have sprouted. Honestly, it continues to surprise and delight me and is a gift that keeps on giving.

Traveling alone has given me a new perspective on life and a mindset that makes me feel powerful. Not in the sense of over others, but the sense of clarity. Crucially it brings you into the now by literally opening the door to the mind. It lets you step out and into the heart, and reunites you with the true version of you. Once you master this, you feel free and are no longer a slave to the mind.

I have also noticed that many women (and some men too) are where I was emotionally when I decided to leave the UK. A global reset is taking place and a nomadic lifestyle is one answer to a craving for something different and above all happiness.

What is Solo Travel Masterclass?

Solo Travel Masterclass is not just a travel course. It’s a way of being that in essence took me my entire life to create. At times, I wish someone had given me this knowledge to accelerate a lifestyle change. And who knows where I would be now and how much more I would have achieved if they had.

That being said, I’ve no timing regrets. And if anything, I feel and look younger than when I left the UK. Amusingly, I genuinely feel I’m only just beginning. I’m an unapologetic Peter Pan and being able to live life in the luxury of a gloriously warm climate is a gift.

It’s also worth noting to anyone thinking of such a life, you do feel happy a lot. I’d be brave enough to predict the whole relationship thing society created is on its way out. I’d rather have 10 flirty friends than 1 Mr. Right at this moment in time. This has surprised me. Who knows if it will change but isn’t it fun just anticipating what life has in store for you?!

I’m also not knocking any relationship, far from it. I can see the benefit in both. But I cannot help but realize why some of the world’s geniuses choose to be alone. Einstein, Hemmingway, Leonardo Da Vinci to name but a few. Even J K Rowling intentionally choose to lock herself away in a hotel for months to access her creative mind.

How can this turbo boost happiness

In this course, I go into detail about how to love each day, even if you happen to spend 6 months alone. Solo travel is synonymous with presence and by that I meaning being truly in the now. We’ve all heard of mindfulness eg when you eat food, to really focus on the taste and smell. It has the effect of intensifying the flavors and hence the enjoyment. Solo travel also gives you endlessly new environments which means a lack of routine and boredom.

One of the most important modules I touch on in the course is mindset, which has already been noted in this post. I go into detail about why it’s crucial. Not only will it make you feel good but the effect on health and well-being is HUGE! These techniques I apply myself and create calm and ease no matter what’s going on. It’s worth doing the course just to have these mindset skills even if you don’t decide to travel alone.

Why should anyone do this solo travel course?

I’ve traveled my entire life and solo travel has become a lifestyle that I simply cannot put into words. I feel blessed and appreciate every single day on this planet for the freedom and calm I generate for myself. The Solo Travel Masterclass course is a source of incredible wisdom. It’s not just of destinations and adventure but of newness and the powerful health benefits that come with that. You are learning from an expert, an Olympian-Esque gold medalist of solo travel LOL.

I’m also a 40+ woman who has always wanted something different and not the 2.4 family life. I want to wake up every day jumping for joy full of anticipation about what’s going to unfold. I want that elusive feeling that so few seem to ever touch. We all have potential. But some of us want it more than others, and that’s ok.

And my last golden nugget on this masterclass?

You have nothing to lose and everything to win. Whatever your background, solo travel is for everyone. And I hand hold you every step of the way, literally. As I sit here today, I’m planning my next destination, and wow, does it feel good. Imagine that pre-vacation feeling 24/7 365 days a year and then some. hahaha. And don’t say it’s impossible because I live it.

The feelings that come from traveling alone cannot be put into words. Just give it a go. Once tried, you’ll never be the same again. That my friend is living wanderfully.

If you’re asking how do I begin and experience the benefits myself, and want to know how to plan your very first solo travel adventure, please click here on my new solo travel course to find out more. This is one-of-a-kind and a lifetime of knowledge and wisdom in one easy-to-follow course.
