Welcome to the hilarious world of joyful rebel, Miss Carrie Clops.

A small-town romantic comedy set beside the beach near San Diego, California. Filled with wonderful, funny, and sweet characters whose love of life is infectious.

We firstly meet the adorably bonkers disco addict, British Miss Carrie…pretty, forty plus, and a lovable rebel with a penchant for cowboys, disco balls and champagne-filled tea pots. We follow her settling into a new life in her Californian beach house, a cosy home she adores, and which just happens to be less that a 30-minute walk along the beach from Ben Fiori, Miss Clops’ personal chauffeur and gentleman extraordinaire. Ben, who is of Italian blood, is tall, sexy, and divorced. Ben is a happy go lucky entrepreneur who has a personal training bootcamp at the beach where he spends most of his time, that is when he isn’t driving Carrie to her favourite night club, Pisco owned by the much-loved resident DJ Casey.

We are introduced to Andre, Carrie’s best friend who lives with new partner Stefano. There is Madge and Edna, two sweet, vivacious and very funny ladies of 60+ who defy ageing and live life to the full. Ben and his best friend Jason grew up with both of them and have a special and poignant relationship. Madge used to race cars professionally, and loves to borrow Ben’s Daisy, a cute pale green Fiat 500 when she wants to hone her racing skills. We meet the beautiful crowd-pleasing Italian, Cici, owner of the popular café Le Macaron Rose who loves nothing more than a café full of lovelies munching her deliciously quirky macarons. Cici has a shoe obsession and is always looking for ways to influence her husband to buy as many new pairs as she can fit into her closet.

We also meet the unforgettable, high-octane Alexi, owner of award-winning hair and beauty salon BLUSH. Alexi is a creative genius who has mastered the humble 'up do' and wants everyone who comes into BLUSH to feeling a million dollars. We meet the highly entertaining Clo Clo, another of Carrie’s besties, who lives in Kent, England and who is akin to Sam from Sex and the City. Clo Clo has one mission, to find Carrie a boyfriend and do the regular walk of shame! We enjoy sweet Robbie, Carrie’s adorable gardener who visits once a week to beautify the beach house patio and who is later joined by Facu, a sexy Argentine landscape designer and all-round lady magnet. Alessandro, who makes his debut at Carrie’s birthday, is a sweet 60+ man who owns the local Italian deli and loves food more than life itself.

To top it off, we meet fitness coach Jojo and her classic car loving boyfriend, mechanic Conor who live in the same cul de sac as Carrie and who were the first people to welcome her to beach life, Cali, USA.

The story follows the relationship between Carrie and Ben, as well as the hilarious goings on of this amusingly bonkers community.
